Nederland structureel aanvragen van Turkse onderdanen afwijst en de MVV-plicht opnieuw toepast.
dit in strijd is met het Associatieverdrag EEG–Turkije, in het bijzonder:
- Artikel 9 van de Associatieovereenkomst (non-discriminatiebepaling)
- Artikel 41 van het Aanvullend Protocol (standstill-bepaling)
- Artikel 13 besluit 1/80

de Nederlandse staat het Associatieverdrag EEG–Turkije volledig en correct te laten naleven.
